Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WI Opportunity Under the direction of the Senior Manager - Finance, Strategic Sourcing, the Senior Finance Analyst will lead the finance support to the Strategic Sourcing team for global reporting, analytics, and operating rhythms to improve cost performance, forecast discipline, and cash management across Strategic Sourcing. This role provides insight and governance across Cost Reductions, Sourced Product Lines, Vendor Managed Inventory, Commodity Reporting, and AP Forecasting. Key responsibilities include developing and analyzing reports, identifying trends, explaining variances, and turning complex data into actionable insights that improve business performance and profitability. The Senior Finance Analyst will develop innovative ways to create a single source of truth for measuring financial performance against Plan, using those insights to help Sourcing and Finance leadership make agile business decisions. Specific Responsibilities Drive the development, alignment, and commitment to delivery of annual Cost Reduction savings and where they impact the P&L. Purchase Price Variance (PPV) Partner with Strategic Sourcing to provide monthly PPV reporting across region, product categories, material categories, and plants. Drive root-cause and action-plan discipline; escalate recurring increases and CI gaps to Finance/Sourcing leadership. Cost Improvement (CI) Savings Own CI savings planning, facilitating target builds across Plants/Categories/Regions along with logic driven splits for Negotiation, Resourcing, and VA/VE. Enforce savings run rules and consistent recording. Serve as the ops financial partner to Sourced product lines (Bathroom Furniture, Kitchen Housewares, Mirrored Cabinets, and Lighting), supporting sourcing decisions and helping improve category profitability. Provide financial guidance on sourcing decisions, including cost impacts through vendor, tariff, and freight implications across product categories. Partner with Sourcing and product line leaders to evaluate opportunities, prioritize actions, and support trade-off decisions. Manage DPO and Accounts Payable forecast discipline through robust modeling, operating rhythms, and leadership-ready reporting. Build and maintain the AP forecasting model to improve DPO predictability, strengthen cash-flow controls, and explain forecast variances. Coordinate annual direct material planning and standards alignment through disciplined calendar management, reconciliation, and leadership-ready insights. Manage the annual standards calendar and key milestones across Sourcing, Treasury inputs, and stakeholders. Deliver clear standards insights, including key drivers, movements, risks, and business implications for leadership. Support analysis and reporting related to Tariffs and Trade Policy, helping assess financial impacts, monitor changes, and inform sourcing decisions. Collaborate on Total Delivered Cost (TdC) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model creation to evaluate inventory carrying cost, working capital, quality, and E&O. Enabling financially sound inventory and sourcing decisions. Strengthen Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) performance through scorecard ownership and disciplined excess and obsolete inventory action planning. Build consistent global commodity and energy reporting with actionable callouts and forward-looking business insights. Skills/Requirements Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting or Finance is a minimum requirement. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
