• Thursday) We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in Plover, WI as a Production / Sanitation worker.

This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in their work, can work independently, and are interested in growing into a Machine Operator position. Team members will learn all aspects of production and sanitation operations within a pet food ingredient processing facility, including equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable, self-motivated worker who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows safety procedures, and is eager to develop new skills. Sanitation Responsibilities:

• Perform production and sanitation duties in a pet food ingredient processing environment
• Learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow established production processes, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
• Assist with equipment cleaning, setup, and changeovers as needed
• Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support team goals while demonstrating the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision Requirements for Production /

Sanitation:

• Previous manufacturing machine operator experience with direct equipment operation
• Forklift experience
• Positive and dependable work history
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay productive throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn all aspects of production and sanitation operations
• Interest in advancing into a Machine Operator role
