Duties Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and responding to guest requests with a friendly demeanor. Support food preparation and plating as needed, collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including dining rooms, hallways, and service stations, adhering to food safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards is a plus. Experience with serving, bussing, or food running roles enhances your ability to excel in this position. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for delivering exceptional guest service. Experience in banquet settings or hotel hospitality can be beneficial in managing diverse guest needs effectively.
