Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities in a friendly, non-intrusive manner Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Clear tables efficiently, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards Assist with food handling and basic food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support team members by performing host/hostess duties or bussing tables as required in a fast-paced environment Requirements Atleast 2+ years previous experience in fine dining food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, know how to carry a tray, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
