Job Description:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House Team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and thank them as they leave.

Seating:

Manage seating arrangements and assist with reservations to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest needs, inquiries, or concerns promptly and courteously.

Table Management:

Monitor table cleanliness, reset tables between guests, and ensure the dining area is always neat and inviting.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Problem Solving:

Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism, and escalate to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
