Salary is $15 to $17 an hour plus Tips Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a vibrant team. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment. Assist with bussing tables by clearing used dishes and resetting tables promptly for new guests. Support food service staff by delivering clean dishes and utensils as needed during peak hours. Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent dining experience. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
