Buzzer/Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Buzzer/Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team. This role involves ensuring cleanliness and safety across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial and custodial work, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers to maintain floors' appearance Conduct industrial cleaning and custodial duties in commercial or residential settings Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep Support with residential painting projects as needed Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Experience with facilities maintenance or general cleaning services is a plus Familiarity with residential painting or industrial cleaning tasks is advantageous Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively This position is vital for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
