Provide a friendly greeting to all customers upon entering the store or on the phone. Get to know your customers and use their name. Go out of your way to make customers feel important and valued. Move quickly to provide fast service. Suggest sell to customers when appropriate. People oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, smiles. Respectful and polite Demonstrate a sense of urgency (move fast) Honest Willing to learn. Dependable & punctual - consistently reports to work on time and provides proper notice if necessary. Good communication skills Able to work alone and on a team. Able to stay busy between customers. Flexible Willing to help associates and customers.

RTO Training Required Cleaning:

Customer Readiness Knowledge o Restrooms o Parking Lot o Trashcans o Fuel Islands o Rugs o Windows & Doors o Transaction Counter o Sidewalk Entrance o Fountain Area o Stock, front face all merchandise o Floors o Stock fountain, deli case, cooler, & freezer o Shelves o Proper merchandise placement on Sales Counter o Merchandise o Check for out-of-date merchandise

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:

Must be in physically good shape and able to stand during entire work shift. Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders. Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products. Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows. Must be able to react to a fire by lifting and using a 30lb fire extinguisher. Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level. Must be able to speak, read and write English and communicate with customers in English.
