This is the perfect role for someone who is responsible, energetic, and ready to grow. As a Team Captain at Lulu's Arcade, you'll play a key role in daily operations and guest experience.

Your Mission Includes:

Helping open and close the arcade Supporting daily operations during busy shifts Training new team members on: Company culture Guest service Game knowledge Safety & cleanliness Creating FUN experiences Assisting guests with games, prizes, attractions, and parties Troubleshooting minor game or guest issues Keeping the arcade clean, organized, and high-energy Supporting special events, birthday parties, and promotions Maintaining a positive and upbeat environment Jumping in wherever needed to keep the fun going

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in an arcade, family entertainment center, restaurant, retail, or other high-volume entertainment environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable, responsible, and punctual Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and people skills Ability to train and support team members Flexible availability including nights and weekends Desire to grow into a management role
