Job Overview :
We are seeking am experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to assist in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. In this role, you will be working directly with attorneys and clients to prepare estate planning documents, probate documents, and ensure all legal processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Deeds. Assist in the preparation and drafting of probate documents, such as petitions, accountings, inventories, etc. Conduct client consultations and gather relevant personal, financial, and legal information. Manage case files, ensuring that all documents are complete and accurately filed. Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and empathetic manner. Research legal questions and stay updated on state and federal estate planning laws. Organize and maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Support attorneys in preparing for estate planning signings. Support attorneys in preparing for probate hearings.
Qualifications :
Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine desire to provide thoughtful and caring service to clients.
