full-time As a Motion Study Participant , you'll play a key role in supporting data collection in our Robotics Lab. You'll work closely with the Lab Operations team to perform routine tests, collect data, and help maintain a clean and safe environment; all critical for our research, development, and quality assurance efforts. This role is 40-hours a week for 6 months with start dates open every Monday. These positions are an 8-hour day shift schedule. If you are interested, we will share the shift options for you to choose from.

What You'll Do:

Complete tasks with sensors for step-by-step data collection tasks Use a tablet to guide and record simple movements or routines Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe Assist with equipment setup and moving as needed Follow instructions and communicate with team members and leaders Complete required safety training and adhere to lab safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

No previous qualifications required Experience in a lab, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Comfortable standing and being active for most of your shift

Physical & Work Environment:

Ability to stand and move around for extended periods Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds Frequent use of both arms and hands to handle equipment and controls Standard lab environment (moderate noise, clean workspace) Reasonable accommodations are available in accordance with applicable laws
