  • Separated or retired within past 5 years with at least 8 years of cumulative honorable service.
2. Commissioned or Warrant Officers (W-1 to
W-5, O-3
to O-6)
  • Separated or retired within past 5 years with at least 8+ years of honorable service 3. Army National Guard / US Army Reserve, Actively Serving / Troop Program Unit
  • Separated or retired within past 5 years with at least 8 years of cumulative honorable service, plus Letter of Recommendation from current Commander and current DA Form 5016 (Chronological Statement of Retirement Points) or NGB 23A (annual retirement points statement) Attach the following documents to your on-line Edjoin application:
  • Letter of Interest
  • Resume
  • Copy of valid Designated Subject ROTC Credential OR approving letter from the U.S. Army
