• Position Overview
• As a Pump Testing Technician, you will be responsible for receiving, testing, and evaluating new and returned pumps. This role combines hands-on testing with computer-based data entry and documentation. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Receive and test new and returned pumps + Monitor testing equipment and ensure accurate results + Enter test data and production information into computer systems + Use small hand tools to perform testing and adjustments + Rotate between multiple certified workstations as needed + Meet daily production metrics and quality expectations + Identify and report issues or discrepancies during testing + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area •Qualifications•+ Strong attention to detail is required + Comfortable with computer work and data entry + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong work ethic and reliability + Willingness to learn and be trained on multiple stations + Team-player mentality + Consistent attendance and punctuality + Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, warehouse, retail, or food service is a plus •Work Environment•This position is a combination of hands-on testing and computer-based work performed at a workstation.

Team members are trained and certified on multiple pump-testing stations and may rotate throughout the day based on production needs. The environment is fast-paced, quality-focused, and ideal for individuals who enjoy staying engaged, learning new skills, and contributing to a collaborative team.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
