Phantom Wash Pros:
Growing company, and the people who prove themselves move up. We're protective of the crew we've built and only bring on people who fit it. You'll be appreciated for your effort, your skill, and your attitude — not just your hours. What you'll actually do each day Install permanent outdoor lighting systems and temporary holiday lights. Work on ladders and lifts, outdoors, all day. Tow a trailer behind a company truck to and from job sites. Troubleshoot problems on site and solve them fast, without calling for a rescue. Do any of these sound like you? You take pride in work that looks right after dark. You're a team player who makes the crew better, not tenser. You get real satisfaction out of a hard day's work. You're tough, mentally and physically. You've got a healthy respect for heights but ladders and lifts don't rattle you. You're eager to learn and can take constructive criticism without getting offended. You like working outside — sun, wind, cold snaps and all. You want to grow professionally and personally. Bonus, not a requirement: you speak Spanish alongside English. If you say "YEP" to any of these, please don't apply You don't have a valid driver's license, or your driving record is a disaster. The thought of towing a trailer makes you sweat. You're afraid of heights. Don't try to fool us — the ladder test will sort that out in about 30 seconds. You're a victim, a whiner, or a complainer. You're grumpy in the morning. You can't lift 50 lbs, repeatedly, all day. You complain when it's too cold, too hot, or too windy. You show up impaired, or you drink heavily. Your favorite place is under the covers in your mom's basement. The holiday rush scares you. November and December are our Super Bowl. Next steps We're ready to hire immediately. Apply with a resume that shows your crew leader experience, and come to the interview ready to climb — a ladder test is part of it. You must be authorized to work in the United States. If you're the kind of person who enjoys getting paid for speed, craftsmanship and doing it right the first time, Phantom Wash Pros is looking for you.
