Property Inspector & Hot Tub Technician Tahoe Signature Properties | Truckee, CA | [Full-time] | $28-$30/hour About Us Tahoe Signature Properties manages high-end vacation homes across North Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Palisades Tahoe. We've been doing this since 2012, and we do it differently: our cleaning, maintenance, and hot tub care are handled by our own in-house team. That means the people we hire matter. You won't be a name on a dispatch list. You'll know these homes, and the homeowners will know you take care of them. The Role You'll be the eyes on our homes before and after every stay. You'll catch the small things before they turn into big ones, and keep every hot tub guest-ready and properly maintained. If you notice details other people walk past, this job is for you. What You'll Do Complete pre- and post-stay inspections, documenting each home's condition with photos in our inspection app; Flag maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns, and report them to our Operations team; Service hot tubs on a set schedule: water testing and chemical balancing, filter cleaning, drain and refill, cover care, and basic troubleshooting, we will train and certify you; Keep clear records of every service so nothing is assumed and everything is verified; Check homes for mountain-specific issues: snow load, ice dams, freeze risk, decks, and exterior wear; Help restock supplies and handle small fixes when needed; Respond to occasional guest-reported issues during your shift. What You Bring A sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things right Comfort working independently and managing your own route Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle (4WD/AWD strongly preferred for winter) Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all Tahoe seasons Smartphone proficiency for photos, reporting, and communication Availability on weekends and holidays, which are our busiest turnover days Nice to Have/Not a Must/Will Train Hot tub, spa, or pool maintenance experience (CPO certification is a plus) A background in construction, handyman work, or property maintenance Experience in vacation rentals or hospitality What We Offer $28-$30/hour, depending on experience Mileage reimbursement
