Perfume and fragrance knowledge is a must. Applicants without fragrance knowledge will not be considered for this position. Sales, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but strong sales experience is not required . Training will be provided. What You'll Do Present and talk about a variety of products Present and discuss perfumes and fragrances Describe fragrance notes, scent profiles and different fragrance styles Interact with customers in a friendly, energetic and engaging way Work closely with other members of our sales team Create fun and engaging conversations Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere Answer basic product questions Learn new products regularly Help introduce and promote products Assist the team with generating sales Follow company procedures and work schedules Reliability Is Extremely Important This position requires a consistent and dependable work schedule . We need someone who takes their schedule seriously, arrives on time and can be counted on by the rest of the team. If you frequently call out, arrive late or have difficulty maintaining a regular work schedule, this position will not be a good fit.
