Cabinet Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets in residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation is precise, durable, and visually appealing, contributing to the overall success of our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize a wide range of tools and techniques, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Duties Measure, cut and install cabinets according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation Operate hand tools, power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation activities Ensure all cabinetry is level, secure, and aligned properly while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Perform site inspections to verify proper fitment and address any issues or adjustments needed during installation Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate cabinet placement Experience with construction management principles and construction estimating processes Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, chisels, caulking guns, and measuring devices Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, sanders, and grinders for fabrication and installation tasks Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and heavy equipment operation when necessary This role requires a proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates should have prior construction site experience with a focus on cabinetry or carpentry. A background in restoration or remodeling projects is a plus.
