Café Team Member + Barista

Job Summary As a Café Team Member + Barista , you play a key role in creating a welcoming, nourishing, and efficient café experience. Your responsibilities include expertly crafting beverages, serving fresh and delicious food, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and delivering outstanding customer service. You are a vital part of the team, ensuring that guests feel at home while supporting the flow and success of the café. Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards. Food Service & Prep Assist with food preparation, plating, and handling baked goods, snacks, and grab-and-go items. Follow food safety protocols and maintain high cleanliness standards in food handling. Customer Service & Hospitality Greet guests warmly, take orders with accuracy, and engage in friendly conversation. Provide recommendations and accommodate customer preferences. Taking great care while using the POS system and money handling. Café Maintenance & Teamwork Keep the café clean, organized, including workstations, dining areas, and self-serve stations. Daily food preparation tasks. Restock supplies, communicate inventory needs, and support the team in daily café operations. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth and enjoyable service. Efficiency & Flow Adapt to the café's needs, whether helping in the kitchen, assisting a teammate, or ensuring guests have an excellent experience.
