Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent

What You'll Do Assist customers by phone and in person with policy questions and service requests Provide support with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, and cancellations Answer questions about insurance products and services Gather customer information in a professional and friendly manner Prepare policy documents and process account updates Generate and send invoices to customers Assist clients with claims support and follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and documentation What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to commute to either Carbondale or Eagle, CO Benefits & Perks Opportunities for advancement and internal promotion 3 weeks of PTO earned annually Paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with company matching Pay increase upon licensing Position Details Full-time 8-hour shift In-person role 1 year of customer service experience required Ability to commute to Carbondale or Eagle, CO.
