CHEF / FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and hospitality-driven person to join our café team full time as we enter an exciting new chapter. Our café is currently evolving and rebranding with a stronger focus on thoughtful food, creativity, and customer experience. We're looking for someone who is excited to help shape that vision — someone who loves food, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced café environment. This is not just a kitchen position. The right person will be comfortable working both back and front of house, connecting with customers, making coffee, running the register, and contributing ideas for a more curated and creative café menu. Our line kitchen is located in the cafe where all customers enjoy our food & drinks!

What You'll Do:

Prepare sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and daily café offerings Handle daily prep and maintain an organized, efficient kitchen workflow Create unique grab-and-go items, baked goods, specials, and fresh offerings for the café case Help develop and execute creative seasonal specials and curated plates Work front of house and provide excellent customer service Operate the register/POS system confidently Prepare espresso drinks and support café/barista operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Collaborate with ownership and staff during an exciting period of growth and rebranding

What We're Looking For:

Positive, energetic personality Passion for food, hospitality, and creativity Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts Comfortable interacting with customers and being part of the café atmosphere Experience in café, kitchen, barista, or hospitality environments preferred Interest in menu development, presentation, and creating exciting café offerings is a huge plus Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than "just a line cook." We're looking for a person who wants to help create an experience — someone excited about good food, good coffee, and building something special with us. Full-time position available immediately.
