Golf Course Grounds and Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general maintenance duties.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Maintain and irrigate gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas
• Operate power tools and equipment to complete maintenance projects
• Repair and maintain fences, gates, and other outdoor structures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and light carpentry work
• Use hand tools to perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques and irrigation systems
• Familiarity with power tools commonly used in maintenance work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
