Handle multiple fast paced phone calls smoothly. Available to work at either our Dearborn or Detroit location . Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Determine eligibility
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform data entry tasks and route messages accurately
• Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions
• Reply to all emails and handle text messages
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving Experience
• Previous work in a medical office is a plus with knowledge of EPIC
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computerized systems
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle and answer phones non-stop
