Camp Hands

Position Overview The Camp Hands position is a versatile, hands-on role responsible for supporting daily operations across multiple areas of the campground. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high standard of guest experience through assistance in housekeeping, grounds upkeep, food and beverage support, guest services, and activity programming. Camp Hands will be expected to work both day and night shifts, depending on operational needs, and must be flexible in supporting a wide range of tasks throughout the property. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping & Cleaning Support Assist with light housekeeping duties in units and common areas Support turnaround cleaning operations during peak occupancy Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest spaces as needed Grounds & Maintenance Assistance Perform light groundskeeping tasks around the property Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces Report maintenance concerns to leadership team Food & Beverage Support Assist with basic food and beverage service operations Support setup, breakdown, and guest service during peak times Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Guest Services & Customer Support Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests Help answer basic guest questions and direct them as needed Support front-line guest experience during busy periods Programming & Activities Assist in the setup and execution of guest activity programs Help run scheduled campground events and recreational activities Engage with guests to encourage participation and positive experience Schedule & Flexibility Must be available for both day and night shifts Schedule may vary based on occupancy, events, and operational needs Weekend and holiday availability required during peak season Compensation Hourly rate: $15.00
