General Manager / Housekeeping Manager Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across our boutique 10-room hotel and glampground property. This role is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and all public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming to enhance the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Rooms (Hotel) Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities Report maintenance issues or damages promptly Public Areas (Hotel & Glampground) Clean and maintain shared/public restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked and sanitized Maintain cleanliness of the camp store, including floors, counters, shelving, and entryways Clean and organize the game room and other recreational spaces Ensure all common areas (lobbies, walkways, outdoor seating areas, etc.) are clean and presentable Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal across the property Glampground Facilities Clean and maintain glampground rooms and guest tents to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards Prepare and reset tents between guest stays, including making beds and refreshing all amenities Monitor and clean glampground restrooms and shower facilities throughout the day Maintain cleanliness of common-use areas such as picnic spaces and gathering areas Assist with light upkeep of outdoor spaces as needed (sweeping, trash pickup, etc.) General Duties Follow all health and safety standards and company policies Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests when encountered Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens Support team members with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work across motel and glampground property Fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons Exposure to varying weather conditions when maintaining outdoor areas Compensation & Benefits [Hourly Rate
