Duties Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about campground amenities, local attractions, and safety guidelines Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently at the front desk or designated registration area Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including restrooms, picnic spots, and recreational facilities Conduct regular patrols of the campground to ensure safety, enforce rules, and address guest needs promptly Provide multilingual support to accommodate diverse visitors and enhance guest relations Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with a friendly, professional attitude Collaborate with maintenance staff to report issues requiring repair or attention to ensure a well-kept environment Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or resort guest services is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive approach to guest interactions Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency to serve an international clientele effectively Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and resolve guest concerns Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in an outdoor setting Passion for outdoor recreation, nature conservation, and community engagement Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality roles will be considered an asset This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy creating welcoming experiences for diverse visitors.
