Job Description
Job Summary Private Country Club We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at an exclusive private country club. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, values discretion, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in both administrative and front desk functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage room reservations and coordinate room blocks for members and events Handle member billing for cottages, including resolving and adjusting billing discrepancies Assist with food and beverage billing inquiries and discrepancies Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory File and manage invoices for accounting (both payables and processed payments) Distribute incoming mail to department managers in a timely manner Distribute employee paychecks to corresponding department managers upon receipt Provide general administrative support to management and departments as needed Oversee front desk staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally Cover front desk operations on scheduled days off, performing all front desk duties while maintaining administrative responsibilitiesQualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Ability to balance front desk responsibilities with administrative workload Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide front desk staffWhat We Offer:
