Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Retail Store/Reservations Clerk, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact, managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will help foster a warm, hospitable environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit or stay Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and special requests Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest services Retail store stocking, scooping Ice cream, and cleaning. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel experience, guest relations, and resort operations is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights , weekends, and Holidays.
