RV / Campground Maintenance Manager Munith, MI 49259 $18 an hour - Full-time $18 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RV / Campground Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our campground facilities. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of facilities management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across the campground. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for all campground facilities, including RV sites, common areas, and recreational amenities Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules . Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety standards Manage mechanical systems such as plumbing, and other essential infrastructure using schematics and technical manuals Lead troubleshooting efforts on industrial equipment using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters; diagnose issues with mechanical or electrical components Supervise a team of maintenance technicians; provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated workforce Coordinate with project management teams for facility upgrades or new installations i Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices; conduct regular safety inspections and audits Use of zero turn mowers, Tractors, Honey wagon, Chainsaws, weed whips, and a variety of tools. Painting, repairing, building small projects. Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience, including working with low voltage and high voltage systems Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems using tools like ohmmeters.
