Job Description

Campus Visit Assistant
Description A campus visit assistant is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing campus visits for prospective students and their families, with the goal of creating a welcoming and informative experience that supports recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Responsibilities Manage the visitciu inbox and Salesforce
Assist athletic director with responding to prospective athletes
Schedule visits for the prospective student (personal. virtual, athletic recruiting days, etc.)
Prepare packets for visits
Communicate with parents/guardians, students, ambassadors, professors, coaches, and admissions counselors regarding scheduled visits
Receive visitors upon arrival and remain available and responsive to their needs throughout the visit
Send correspondence to visitors before and after visits and/or recruitment events
Oversee daily preparation of golf carts needed for visits
Present a welcoming face for walk-ins and other visitors
Keep visit room stocked with snacks and merchandise
Process inquiry pending reviews
Assist with event set up and group visits
Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, adjust to frequent schedule changes, and competing priorities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and people-facing environment
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Time management and problem-solving skills
Experience with the use of technology
Strong attention to detail
Ability to create a welcoming environment
Bachelor's degree
Relevant experience in customer service, event coordination, administrative support, or higher education may be substituted for formal education
Candidates should be comfortable managing schedules, working with people, and using basic technology systems
