Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant and Data Entry Specialist to support daily operations and help keep our administrative systems, records, and day-to-day workflow running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through. The right candidate will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative, clerical, and data entry responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This person will play an important role in keeping records, documents, spreadsheets, reports, and systems organized and up to date. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, communicates well, takes initiative, and wants to grow in a professional setting. This is not a passive front-office role. We are looking for someone who can stay productive, manage multiple tasks, catch small errors, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Duties Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases accurately and efficiently Update and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other records Manage filing systems and maintain organized physical and digital records Assist in organizing and maintaining common areas Perform general support duties, including errands, mail handling, copying, scanning, and document preparation Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events as needed Help maintain equipment and order supplies when required Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs and other tasks as assigned Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized and dependable Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets , along with basic office software Comfortable learning new systems and handling computer-based tasks such as email, data entry, document management, and spreadsheet updates Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently while also contributing to a team Takes initiative and looks for ways to contribute Must be able to work in-person during scheduled business hours Preferred Qualifications Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Has a strong eye for detail Is dependable, organized, and responsive Communicates clearly and professionally Works well with a team and follows through on responsibilities Wants to grow and make a meaningful contribution in a professional setting Important Notes About This Role This role requires strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy Strong computer skills means real comfort working in spreadsheets, documents, email, and office systems This role requires someone who can stay organized and productive while handling multiple priorities We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, and willing to take initiative rather than wait to be told every step Candidates may be asked to complete a short computer and data entry assessment during the interview process Please do not apply if you are not comfortable working in spreadsheets, handling detailed paperwork, and managing multiple administrative tasks with accuracy
