Cannabis Cultivation Assistant

Job Overview Join our craft cannabis team as a Cannabis Cultivation Assistant and play a vital role in the growth and development of premium hydroponic cannabis plants. This role is for an entry level position in the cultivation facility with the opportunity to grow with the company, literally and figuratively. This position offers an opportunity to be the right-hand of the head grower in a craft cannabis cutlivation facility. You will assist with daily plant care, maintain optimal growing conditions, and support the overall health of our crops. Looking for someone passionate about cannabis cultivation and interested to learn about precision hydroponics. Responsibilities Assist with watering and irrigation systems to ensure plants receive proper nutrients Support plant propagation, defoliation, trimming, and harvesting activities Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies Maintain indoor growing areas by cleaning,sanatizing, organizing tools, and managing plant waste Help set up and adjust environmental controls such as lighting, ventilation, and humidity levels Perform modert to heavy lifting when necessary to move plants or equipment safely Light processing, packaging, and labeling Must be 21 or older with a valid license and be able to pass a state required background check Skills Growing experience or familiarity with horticulture practices Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques Experience working in indoor farming environments Basic understanding of lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture principles Mechanical knowledge for operating hand tools and small machinery Ability to identify different plant species and recognize common pests or issues Strong physical stamina for outdoor work and heavy lifting tasks Basic math skills for measuring nutrients or adjusting environmental settings
