Up to $90,000 per year The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Director of Marketing / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong referral relationships while promoting the facility's rehabilitation and long-term care services throughout the community and healthcare network. Position Overview The Director of Marketing / Hospital Liaison is responsible for developing referral sources, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, and supporting census growth through effective relationship management and communication. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources Promote the facility's short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services Conduct onsite visits to hospitals and referral partners to strengthen business relationships Coordinate closely with the admissions team to facilitate smooth resident transitions Assist in developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies Represent the facility at networking events, community functions, and healthcare meetings Monitor referral activity and maintain accurate communication records Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners Support census development and occupancy goals Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison role preferred Skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional presentation and customer service skills required Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $90,000 annually (based on experience) Competitive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Perks and Growth Opportunities The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
