Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a dependable Cultivation Assistant to support daily plant care in our licensed Michigan grow facility. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, controlled environment. Responsibilities Watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting Harvest support: cutting, bucking, trimming Maintain clean, compliant grow rooms Follow SOPs and
CRA/METRC
requirements Monitor and report plant health issues Requirements 21+ and able to pass background check Reliable, hardworking, able to follow direction Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in warm/humid rooms as well as outdoors Experience in cannabis or horticulture is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey in cannabis cultivation where your hands-on skills make a real impact!
