Day shifts, Monday-Saturday-some Sundays if available Outdoor Cannabis Farm Worker - Seasonal Position Trusted Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for seasonal outdoor cannabis farm work in Leroy, Michigan. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical outdoor labor, working with plants, and being part of a fast-paced agricultural team. Employees will assist with all stages of outdoor cannabis cultivation and farm maintenance throughout the growing and harvest season. We are looking for motivated workers who can follow instructions, work efficiently in teams, and maintain professionalism in a regulated cannabis environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include: Planting and transplanting cannabis plants Watering and feeding plants according to farm schedules Weeding and maintaining outdoor grow areas Pruning, trimming, topping, and defoliating plants Assisting with pest prevention and plant health monitoring Harvesting cannabis plants during peak season Hanging, drying, and processing harvested plants Cleaning tools, workstations, and farm areas Moving soil, equipment, irrigation supplies, and harvest bins Supporting greenhouse and outdoor cultivation operations Following all Michigan cannabis compliance and safety regulations Working in various outdoor weather conditions including heat, humidity, rain, and dust Maintaining attendance and punctuality throughout the season Physical Requirements This is physically demanding agricultural work.

Applicants must be able to:
