Excavation Laborer

We are currently taking applications to fill positions in our crews for watermain and service replacement work for the 2026 season. The scope of work includes shovelling, making connections for water lines, lifting heavy objects, light operating, and a wide variety of other labor related thing. This position is a seasonal job, with winter layoffs and callbacks in spring. Starting base pay is based on experience. We have Davis-Bacon wage projects that pay prevailing wage as well. A drivers license is required, but cdl is preferred. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass a drug test. A good work ethic and attitude is our only requirement onsite. We are willing to hire and train, as long as you're willing to learn and work.
