Cannabis Farm Assistant - Cave Junction Area

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Cultivation Associate to join our team. You will work directly under our Cultivation Manager assisting with the day to day operations of the farm. This is a hands on role that covers everything from plant care, harvest, post harvest processing, and general farm maintenance. Key Responsibilities Plant Care:

Execute daily tasks including watering, cutting clones, transplanting, defoliating, trellising, and plant training

Pest & Health Management:

Assist in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) by deploying beneficial insects and managing gopher/bait stations. Monitor plants for any signs of deficiencies or pests

General Farm Upkeep:

Maintain a clean and functional farm environment. This includes mowing, string trimming, invasive weed mitigation, irrigation repairs, and general site cleanup

Harvest & Post-Harvest:

Lead the charge during harvest season including manicuring, hang-drying, bucking, machine trimming, separating, and final packaging

Qualifications:

Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit

REQUIRED

At least 21 years old Previous experience in commercial cannabis or traditional agriculture is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work well with others and independently Must be reliable and have reliable transportation

Pay:
