Job Overview We're a small, hands‑on craft cannabis grow looking for a dedicated Cannabis Trimmer to join our team. If you're passionate about the plant, enjoy meticulous work, and want to grow with a company that's still in its early stages, this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor. Duties Hand‑trim flower with precision and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trim area Follow curing, handling, and storage procedures Assist with light cultivation tasks as needed (defoliation, transplanting, etc.) Work efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality standards Requirements Experience trimming cannabis (home grow or commercial) is a plus, but we'll train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to sit or stand for long periods Reliability, good communication, and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow with the company
