Job Summary We are seeking a Pizza Maker to join our team! This is an outdoor venue looking for a Pizza Maker for a live wood fired pizza oven. Hours are Fri/Sat/Sun and select holidays from May through October In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, high-quality, unique pizzas. Roles include : food preparation, dough handling, and topping assembly. Customer service is a must. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, work in an outdoor setting, and enjoy Duties Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper consistency and texture Select and apply fresh toppings according to menu specifications and customer preferences Operate pizza ovens efficiently to achieve perfect cooking results while maintaining food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, workstations, and storage spaces Follow all food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or seasonal specials to enhance offerings Support team members during busy hours by providing excellent food service and ensuring timely delivery of orders
