Captain

Salina is seeking a full-time Captain Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who can deliver polished service, lead by example on the floor, and help guide the team throughout service. The Captain Server is responsible for creating an elevated guest experience while maintaining strong floor awareness, supporting service standards, and helping lead the team with professionalism, confidence, and urgency. Responsibilities Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service Lead by example and help guide the service team throughout each shift Maintain strong table awareness and oversee the flow of service within your section Share confident food, wine, and cocktail knowledge with guests Assist with team communication between the dining room, bar, host stand, and kitchen Support training, accountability, and service standards on the floor Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to standard Qualifications Previous experience in a full-service restaurant required Wine and service knowledge preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident on the floor, passionate about hospitality, and able to help lead the team while delivering a high level of service.
