In this energetic role, you will be the key liaison between customers and our dealership's financing options, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to vehicle ownership. Your passion for automobiles combined with your financial acumen will empower customers to make confident decisions while maximizing dealership profitability. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in automotive sales and finance within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The position is base pay plus commission. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present tailored financing solutions for vehicle purchases Process loan applications efficiently using financial software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility and recommend appropriate financing options Negotiate terms of loans and contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to dealership policies and legal standards Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and other dealership services to enhance customer value Manage title processing, loan documentation, and contract signing with precision and attention to detail Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, follow-up, and ongoing support throughout the financing process Skills Must have experience with Dealer Center DMS Proven experience in loan officer roles or financial services within the automotive or dealership industry Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service Knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, contracts, and TILA compliance standards Proficiency in financial software systems and 10-key typing for efficient data entry Excellent negotiation abilities combined with persuasive sales techniques and upselling skills Basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations involving interest rates, payments, and credit limits Familiarity with title processing procedures and automobile sales processes Effective communication skills to clearly explain financing options and contractual terms to customers Prior dealership experience is highly desirable to understand the nuances of automotive sales cyclesEmbark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for cars meets your talent for finance!
