The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and help ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared according to company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean customer and company vehicles Clean vehicle interiors including windows, dashboards, seats, carpets, and door panels Apply cleaning products and protective coatings as needed Operate car wash equipment, vacuums, pressure washers, and detailing tools safely Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash area and equipment Move and park vehicles safely within the lot and work areas Assist with maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low Follow all safety procedures and company policies Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Assist other departments and perform additional duties assigned by management or the shop manager Qualifications Previous car wash or detailing experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and move frequently throughout the day Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Work Environment This position works in a vehicle wash and service environment with exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.
