Car Wash Manager

Overview:

We are seeking reliable, highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidates with management experience to join our team in Apache Junction, Tempe and east and west valley locations. As a Car Wash Manager or MIT, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and experience while ensuring vehicles are processed safely throughout the entire wash process. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for cars.

Position Summary:

Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Excellent customer service and verbal skills Identify and resolve customer complaints Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to company standards and policies Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures Maintain a high level of consistent cleanliness in the customer areas, tunnel, vacuum lot, and backroom Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs Achieve location goals with a consistent focus on membership sales Oversee daily business operations of the store Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner Hold meetings to conform with company standards and trainings Maintain safe environment and work experience.

The Ideal Candidate is:

Previous car wash management experience is preferred but not required. Professional look and demeanor Positive attitude and ethics and self-motivated Excellent leadership and effective communication skills Excellent customer service skills Reliability must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Management experience Mechanical proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Good organization skills Meets basic management competencies. Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
