Car Wash Manager

Overview:

We're looking for a Full time Manager to help run our car wash and detail bays. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and making sure vehicles are cleaned and detailed properly. If you have car wash or detailing experience, enjoy working with a team, and take pride in doing things the right way, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of the car wash tunnel and detail bays Supervise and guide 5-6 employees per shift Check in and out detail vehicles and perform opening/closing procedures Ensure equipment is working properly and that staff follow policies Provide quality customer service and address client questions Perform basic administrative tasks as needed Conduct quality checks on completed vehicles Complete car wash preventative maintenance Train employees and attend detail training as it comes up

Requirements:

Experience in car wash, detailing, or maintenance is a plus Prior supervisory experience preferred Good customer service and communication skills Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely Physical ability to stand, lift, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license

Schedule & Pay:

4 10-hour shifts (hours are subject to change to accomidate vacations and staffing needs $20/hour (higher depending on experience; maintenance experience paid more)
