Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy (PT) license Proven experience in hospital, acute, or outpatient therapy settings Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Competence in creating individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and formulate tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and physician guidance Oversee and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring continuity and safe delivery of care Design functional rehabilitation programs that promote effective transition to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of patient care Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with best practices in patient and employee safety Adhere to professional ethical standards, relevant state and federal regulations, and clinic guidelines
