POSITION TITLE
Card Services Representative (Full-time with benefits)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process debit card ordering and card maintenance, while adhering to bank policies and procedures that are approved by management to limit potential risk to the bank. Investigate and process all disputes received, via FIS or in-house, as outlined in procedures, while adhering to Regulation E timelines. Maintain tracking of disputes for team communication and retention. Reconcile dispute settlement account daily, without balance issues. Review and analyze fraud activity to identify trends. Respond to e-form requests from branches to assist them with issues their cardholders have reported. Perform additional responsibilities in the Card Services Department including reconciling the switch (FIS) to Jack Henry (core) and assist branches balancing ATMs. Provide superior customer service by responding to inquiries received via email or phone, providing information, and performing research when necessary to find answers to assist branches with customer questions in accordance with applicable regulations and to the satisfaction of customers. Constructively interact with the team, upholding a culture of inclusion that allows all members to feel respected and empowered to contribute their best. HOURS will average approximately 38-40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Strong organizational, time management, problem prevention and problem-solving skills. Ability to convey detailed information and instructions clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software. Ability to effectively use general office equipment. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Advanced people skills and professional attitude. Good customer relations and telephone skills. High school diploma or equivalent educational experience. Six-plus months of job-related experience. (preferred)
