Full-time Position Summary:

Responsible for all physiologic monitoring and recording, patient care and safety, and physician assistance in the performance of echocardiogram procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of three years of allied health experience in an acute care setting and Cardiac Cath Lab, EP, Radiology Specials, or Neuro Interventional Procedures experience required OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiological Technologist (RTR) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES). OR Registration as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist by Cardiovascular Credentialing International required within six (6) months of hire OR Graduate of an accredited CVT program, and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 6 months of hire/transfer. ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire.

Preferred:

Previous experience working in an invasive cardiovascular environment. #
