Career Coach (Full-Time & Part-Time) | Kaskaskia Workshop, Inc. (KWI)
Pay:

Kaskaskia Workshop, Inc. is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Career Coaches. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions within a newly developing department focused on community-based employment supports. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building and growing a program that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) as they work in and transition into competitive integrated employment (CIE). Team members in this role will help shape best practices, strengthen services, and directly impact the success of the individuals we support. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one coaching and support at community job sites Help individuals build job skills, routines, and workplace expectations Reinforce job tasks while promoting independence and long-term success Support problem-solving, confidence-building, and workplace navigation Partner with employers to encourage inclusion and identify accommodations Communicate with team members and participate in planning and service development Ensure transportation needs are supported and coordinated Document services and track individual progressSchedule & Hours Full-Time Position:
40 hours per week Mon- Fri, 8am - 4pm, some flexibility may be required based on client needsPart-Time Position:
Up to 30 hours per week Hours vary based on client needs May include evenings and weekends Flexible, non-traditional schedule depending on community job site needs What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with I/DD or in supported employment preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in community-based settings Dependable, patient, adaptable, and professional Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation required Why Join KWI?
