Procurement Support Analyst Purpose and Scope/General Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with requisitions and purchase orders creation and changes Amazon order approval Outline agreement analytics, creation and changes Support categories and plant personnel with training Help manage data to ensure compliance with company policies Vendor liaison emails Provide general administrative support to the procurement team Identify and execute process improvement Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Actively Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree required. Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred Availability for 4 hours a day is preferred, a total of 20 hours a week; hours must be scheduled Monday thru Friday 7AM to 5PM. Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, as a team and manage multiple priorities Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Paid Time Off :

sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; 401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $20 - $22/ hr ;
