Job Description

Title:
Site Operations Intern Location:
Cranbury, NJ Job Summary The Site Operations Intern will support the Operations team in enabling business execution, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and promoting site engagement activities. This internship offers a unique learning opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. The intern will work closely with various departments, supporting both strategic and day-to-day operational work. III.
Key Responsibilities Business Coordination and Support:
Assist with scheduling and preparing for business operations meetings, including agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up tracking. Support cross-functional project tracking efforts and help monitor progress of operational initiatives. Assist in preparing business reports, summaries and presentation slides for site updates and leadership communications.
Site Engagement & PROUD Culture Promotion:
Help coordinate site engagement activities (e.g., monthly events, PROUD Day, newsletters, volunteer activities, etc.) and other cross functional initiatives. Provide logistical support for client visits, internal events, and China visiting SMEs and global assignees hosting.
Data and Process Support:
Contribute to data analysis projects using Excel and other MS Office tools. Support documentation, internal communications, and process improvement efforts across site functions. IV. Qualifications Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Biotechnology, Biosciences, Business, or a related field. Interest in site operations, business coordination, and the biopharmaceutical industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. V. Learning Opportunities Exposure to site-level operational strategies and cross-functional coordination. Hands-on experience with planning, project tracking, and business communication. Opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced biotech environment.
