Caregiver

Full Time and Part Time in the Pine River area, providing one on one care for seniors in the comforts of their own home. Part-time or Full-time, e/o weekend required. Day shift, evening, or overnights available.

Responsibilities:

Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc. Meal planning, cooking and baking Conversation and companionship Interactive Caregiving Errands and transportation Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipment Assistance with medication Dementia or Alzheimer's care End of life care Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares

Requirements:

Willing to drive 30 mile radius of the office. May have multiple shifts a day, gap time paid. Schedule varies and changes with clients needs. 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving Exceptional attendance record Successful in all home: dementia, homes with cats/dogs DHS and driving record background clearance Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.
